Terms of Service

Service Description
The Service includes: (a) the marketing website at maintenanceplanning.com, (b) the ROI Calculator tool, (c) digital product templates available for purchase at maintenanceplanning.com/store, and (d) the SaaS application at app.maintenanceplanning.com. Digital product purchases are governed by the Digital Products section below.
Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old and a human (no bots). One account per organization; multiple users per organization are permitted under all subscription tiers.
Digital Products
Digital templates purchased from the Store are delivered as downloadable files. All sales are final. Refunds are issued only for defective files (files that are corrupted, unreadable, or substantially different from the product description). To request a refund for a defective product, contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
Rovaryn Digital Inc. owns all intellectual property in the Service, including the PM interval reference library content, software, and marketing materials. User-generated content (asset data, work order records, PM schedules) remains the property of the user's organization.
Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; data is retained for 90 days post-cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” ROVARYN DIGITAL INC. IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY EQUIPMENT FAILURES OR COMPLIANCE VIOLATIONS THAT OCCUR REGARDLESS OF SOFTWARE USAGE.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
