Flat-Fee Pricing That Doesn't Punish You for Hiring Technicians
Every tier includes unlimited users. At 5 technicians, Maintenance Planning Manager is already cheaper than every per-user CMMS competitor. At 10, it's not even close.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Is there really a free trial?
- Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial on the Professional tier — all features unlocked, no credit card required. At the end of your trial, you choose a plan or your account is paused.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in read-only mode. You can export everything as CSV during that window. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.
- Can I add more assets beyond my tier limit?
- Yes. At Essentials, Professional, and Business tiers you can purchase additional asset blocks of 50 at $15/month per block. Enterprise includes unlimited assets.
- Does “unlimited users” mean everyone at my facility can have an account?
- Yes. All technicians, supervisors, plant managers, and compliance reviewers get accounts at no additional cost.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
- Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Annual billing is available at a discount equivalent to two months free (you pay for 10, get 12).
- Is Maintenance Planning Manager SOC 2 certified?
- Not currently. All data is stored in Supabase (SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure). Our own SOC 2 certification is on the roadmap post-product-market fit.
- Do you offer a multi-site discount?
- The Business tier ($599/month) includes 3 sites — this is the structured multi-site discount. Enterprise is unlimited sites.
- What does “planning-first” mean vs. other CMMS tools?
- Every major SMB CMMS (Limble, MaintainX, Fiix, UpKeep) starts with the work order — a technician receives a task. Maintenance Planning Manager starts with the schedule — a planner defines intervals, the system generates work orders automatically. Different architecture for a different job.
