• • SaaS application data: asset records, PM schedules, work orders, completion logs entered by users — stored in Supabase (hosted in AWS us-east-1)
• • Digital store data: email, billing address, purchase history — processed by Stripe
• • Error logs: anonymized error data via Sentry

Data Retention
