This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased from the MaintenancePlanning.com store. Subscriptions to the Maintenance Planning Manager app are billed and governed separately under their own terms.
1. Digital Products Are Delivered Instantly
Everything sold in the MaintenancePlanning.com store is a downloadable digital product — spreadsheet templates, workbooks, and their accompanying guides. The moment your payment succeeds, a download account is created for you and the files are available immediately. Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.
2. We Stand Behind Our Products
We want you to get value from every purchase. If a product doesn't work as described, arrives corrupted, or you run into a genuine problem using it, email us at eddy@maintenanceplanning.com within 14 days of your purchase and tell us what happened. We'll make it right — typically with a fix or a replacement file, or, at our discretion, a full or partial refund.
3. How Refunds Are Issued
Any refund we approve is returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. When a purchase is refunded, access to that download is removed from your account.
4. Duplicate or Accidental Charges
If you're accidentally charged more than once for the same product, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate in full. Our checkout also automatically prevents and reverses duplicate purchases of the same product.
5. Billing Questions and Chargebacks
If you don't recognize a charge or think there's a billing error, please contact us first — we can almost always sort it out faster than a card dispute. Purchases from this store appear on your card statement as ROVARYN* MAINTPLAN (Rovaryn Digital Inc. is the company behind MaintenancePlanning.com).
