Spare Parts & Consumables Tracker (PM-Linked)

The Spare Parts & Consumables Tracker (PM-Linked) is a standing register for your maintenance stockroom: one row per part with on-hand count, min/max, reorder point, unit cost, and bin location, plus a map of which assets each part fits so you can see which machines lose cover when a part hits zero. It flags every line sitting below its reorder point, computes the shortfall quantity, and surfaces the value of dead stock — no-movement lines multiplied by unit cost — against the As-of date you set. It reuses the MN-03 Asset ID / Name schema so the linked-asset column pastes straight across from your asset register. Every quantity, cost, min, max, and reorder point is a number you enter; the workbook computes only on those values and asserts no stocking level of its own.
