Meter/Usage-Based PM Trigger Tracker

The Meter/Usage-Based PM Trigger Tracker turns meter readings into due-soon signals: you enter each asset's runtime-hours, cycle-count, or units threshold and its last-service reading, log current readings by date, and the workbook computes units-remaining to the next trigger. A whichever-comes-first view pairs the usage trigger with an optional calendar backstop so you see whichever falls due sooner against your As-of date. It reuses the MN-03 Asset ID and Name/Description schema, so you can paste your asset list straight in and complement your MN-01 calendar schedule. Every threshold, reading, and interval is your own or your OEM's — this workbook supplies no maintenance intervals, meter benchmarks, or reliability figures of any kind.
