Maintenance Planning Manager uses minimal cookies. Here's exactly what we set and why:

Strictly Necessary Cookies

  • sb-auth-token — Supabase authentication session. Set when you log in. Expires with your session. Cannot be opted out (required for the Service to function).
  • rv_admin_mfa — Admin two-factor authentication session. Set when the site administrator completes two-factor verification. Expires in 1 hour. Cannot be opted out.

Analytics

Plausible Analytics — cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics. No cookies set. No personal identifiers stored. plausible.io — GDPR compliant by design.

When GA4 is enabled

  • _ga — Google Analytics 4. Used to distinguish users. Retention: 14 months (configurable in GA4 Admin → Data Retention).
  • _ga_[ID] — Google Analytics 4 session tracking. Retention: 14 months.
  • Opt-out: use an ad blocker, the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or honor DNT/GPC signals.

Stripe sets cookies when you interact with the Stripe Checkout payment flow. See Stripe's Cookie Policy.
